Currently the National Director. Holds a Master in Banking and Finance for Development (specialisation in Organisation/HR and Automation, Giordano Dell’Amore Foundation, Milano, Italy (1994 -1995). Bachelor of Science (Agriculture.), Makerere University, Kampala – Uganda (1983-1986) He under goes extensive training in Human Resource Management Systems and Procedures under Profiles International Inc. where he undergoes training for one week twice a year since 2005 (in Texas, USA) 20 years of relevant experience.
